Bolar Trading and Contracting

We are an EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Contracting) company specializing in District Cooling, Lead Detection Systems & Automated Waste Management.

We supply & install steel pipes, fittings, flanges, valves, etc. used vastly in district cooling & automated waste management process.

In Qatar, BTC operates as Bolar Trading & Contracting WLL, since Jan 2017.

Our teams are proficient with immense knowledge & experience of the parameters that govern the quality standards regulated by the Euro Heat & Power body (EHP).

With certifications from ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, BTC underlines its continued commitment to the highest standards of quality in all its processes for project implementation.

Our associate factories for pre-insulated piping are located within GCC region as well as Scandinavia regions like Denmark, Sweden & Finland.

We have a dedicated contracting team with certified welders & technicians that handle HDPE & Steel based pre-insulated piping from OD50mm – OD1800mm, specially trained by the manufacturers to install the various types of Field HDPE joints whether Heat Shrink or Electro fusion joints.

We use innovative technology, automated intelligence and a superior system of pipelines that upgrade smart cities into intelligent communities.

We provide Turnkey Solutions in the district cooling and automated waste management industry. We are expanding the footprint of our operations from Qatar to Europe & beyond.

ABOUT MANAGING DIRECTOR & FOUNDER

Mr. Hisham Parvez

Mr. Hisham Parvez, Managing Director & Founder of Bolar Trading & Contracting (BTC), is a first generation entrepreneur of Indian origin.

With a career spanning around 20 years in the GCC region, starting with the Oil & Gas industry, he has launched successful enterprises in the Middle East region.

He is a firm believer of adopting a professional approach, integrity & following a strong code of ethics in the conduct of business.

He successfully put together a team of accomplished professionals to make BTC a leading EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Contracting) company in the district energy and waste management industry.

He has famously built successful partnerships with some of the best brand across Middle East, Europe and the Nordic region in particular.

Mr. Parvez has several academic accomplishments. He holds a Bachelors in Business Management, along with several industry-level programs from Harvard University and Wharton Business School, USA.

Mr. Deya Hamad, Director – Sales and Operation of Bolar Trading & Contracting (BTC).

Has 24 years of experience in Finance, Risk & Strategy: TNP, Oliver Wyman, KPMG Advisory (Partner), KDB (Managing Director).

Completed M Eng in Engineering Science, M Phil and D Phil in Economics (Oxford).

Project experience in planning and budgeting, capital and risk appetite/profile management, group-wide economic value management, risk and credit modelling incl. IFRS 9

Experience in the UK, Europe, South Africa, Turkey, the Gulf region, Singapore, Korea, US, Mexico & others
